Chicken Bukhari
Bukhari; which is a traditional Hindi wood-burning stove, are found in the entire northern belt of India, i.e. Afghanistan, Pakistan, North India, Nepal and many others.

Chicken Bukhari Ingredients:

  • 2 cups AbuKass rice soaked for half an hour
  • 2 tomatoes, grated
  • 4 chicken legs
  • Half kilo chick beans
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon crushed cardamom
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated orange
  • 2 onions, grated
  • 5 cups water

Method:
Sprinkle Chicken with seasoning, and then stir in skillet until well done.
Add little oil to pan, stir onion, garlic, tomato paste and spices, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add rice and broth, cook until well done.
