Restore your Daily Routine

Ramadan routine is very different from the rest of the months. Many people face difficulty returning to their previous lifestyle and food routine. Here are some nutritional tips to restore your daily routine in a healthy way:


- Eat a light breakfast with whole grains and low-fat dairy products

- Gradually, schedule  your main meals to its normal timing

- To reduce the calorie intake and to avoid indigestion and bloating, adjust the ingredients of dessert recipes and eat in moderate quantities

- Gradually return to the usual three meals and do some regular physical exercise
