Quinoa of the golden pill; as being called by Latin people, is one of the essential protein sources you should enter into your diet. 


You can add quinoa to your diet as an alternative to groats and rice in many recipes; it’s rich in fiber and protein, plus, it doesn’t accumulate fat in the body.


Try adding Quinoa to your Tabbouleh instead of groats and alternate between it and rice with an everyday meal next to chicken or meat. You can also replace flour with quinoa flour to make Pizza.
