Ingredients Description

2 tablespoon oil 

Spinach (washed and chopped)

1 onion finely chopped

2 garlic cloves (crushed)

2 teaspoon yellow soybean paste

2 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 table spoon sugar

Little water or chicken soup

Preparation

- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic

- Mix the ingredients outside (spinach, soybean paste, oyster, soy sauce, sugar, chicken soup)

- Then put the ingredients in the pan and continue stirring for two minutes

- Cover the pan for some time or until the spinach is cooked

- Serve it hot
