3 teaspoons instant yeast

2 tablespoons sugar

One quarter cup of olive oil

2 teaspoons salt

4 cup flour

1½ cup of warm water

Preparation

- Put the warm water in a large bowl and add the instant yeast and leave it for 5 minutes until it boils

- Add sugar, oil and salt to the mixture

- Put the flour and stir until it becomes a cohesive dough, then stir by hand or mixer until the dough is tightened 

- Place the dough into an oil-coated container and cover it with plastic paper and let it ferment for 1 hour

- After fermenting the dough, you can start kneading it

- Oil the cooking tray and knead the dough and start adding the tomato sauce with the desired toppings

- Bake in the oven for 200 degrees for 10 minutes or until cooked

Notes

Always make sure the bottom of the pizza is cooked, by slightly lifting the dough with a flat spoon to make sure it's cooked
