Lemon Chicken with Cream

Ingredients Description

4 chicken breasts

2 cubes of butter (50g each)

1 red onion cut into cubes

4 clove garlic 

3 tbsp flour

1 tbsp green olives finely sliced

1 tbsp coriander (leaves only)

1 Chicken broth cube

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 lemon sliced

½ cup cooking cream

½ cup water


Salt and black pepper as desired


- Mix the flour, salt and black pepper in a bowl

- Cover the chicken breasts with the flour

- Heat 2 spoons of olive oil in a large pan and add 1 cube of butter to melt

- Fry the chicken for 4 min on each side then remove them away

- In a new pan, heat 1 spoon of olive oil with 1 cube of butter, then add the onion and garlic and stir for 3 min

- Pour water over the chicken broth cube and boil for 5 min

- Pour the cooking cream and simmer until it thickens

- Add the fried chicken along with lemon juice, olives, and coriander

- Leave them to simmer until the ingredients mix well together


- 2 min before removing the chicken add the lemon slices

- Serve it
