This is an easy side dish to prepare while making grilled meat, fish or chicken as it adds the perfect taste to your meal filled with rich flavors.
1 cup of Abukass Rice
1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1⁄2 cup pesto sauce
- Cook all ingredients in a saucepot and add 2 cups of water.
- Boil the water then simmer while covering the saucepot for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Fluff it with a fork and enjoy.
Garnish with pine nuts and basil.
