Carrots

Tomatoes

Beet

Broccoli

Cauliflower (previously boiled)

Purple cabbage

Grated ginger

Lemon

Spray of dried and grated basil

Salt as desire

Preparation

- Cut the carrots, beets, broccoli, cauliflower and purple cabbage then put them inside a salad plate

- Add some lemon juice, salt and basil and stir them all together

- Place some fresh grated ginger for decoration

- Serve it with your main dishes
