Description

One of the most distinctive dishes on Ramadan table; delicious, light and fits the Ramadanic atmosphere

Ingredients Description

500 g minced meat

1 large onion chopped

2 potatoes cut into small pieces

Few peas

Mixed spices

Salt and black pepper as desired

Green coriander minced

Minced dill

Preparation

- Fry the meat on a little oil until it changes color

- Add the onion and stir until it withers

- Then add spices, potatoes and peas, stir and leave them on low heat until baked

- Add the coriander and dill and stir well

 

Notes

Leave the mixture for 10 minutes away from the oven before starting to fill the Sambosa
