Description

Due to everyone's tight schedules, cuting time has become a necessary habit for some activities which is the case of mothers sending their kids to school for 8 consecutive hours and preparing a healthy breakfast that can help them throughout the day. We give you this dish of eggs with rice that will provide children with the energy needed during the day.

Ingredients Description

1 cup of Abukass rice

2 scrambled eggs

3 carrots, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Oil for cooking

Salt and Pepper for taste

Preparation

- Cook the rice as usual and put it aside.

- Boil the carrots over medium heat for 5 minutes, then drain.

- Heat the oil over low heat, then add the carrots and fry them for a minute then add the scrambled eggs and stir well.

- Add the rice, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir the mixture until it all comes together and serve immediately

Notes

You can use leftover rice for this dish or cook special rice as you desire. We also recommend to serve it mashed for any toddlers in the house.
