⅓ Cup AbuKass rice
½ tbsp. Fresh basil leaves, minced
½ red pepper, minced
1 tbsp. oregano
1 white onion
2 cucumbers, minced
2 tomatoes, minced
4 lettuce leaves, minced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
White cheese cubes as desired
Vinegar and Lemon juice as desired
Black pepper as desired
Olive oil as desired
- In a big bowl mix vegetables ingredients together gently.
- You can either prepare dressing separately then add it to the salad, or you can add it directly and mix thoroughly.
Decorate with chopped cucumbers or olives and season with black pepper.
