- Honey is a perfect sweetener of rice in order to balance carbohydrates consumption.
- Though it’s known as a Pakistani dish, it’s well known all over western Asian countries
3 cups cooked AbuKass rice
½ cup honey
1 can crushed pineapple drained,
1½ cup whipped cream (heavy)
- Wash then boil rice, add drained pineapples then honey.
- Cool to room temperature then add whipped cream and stir gently.
Chill until ready to serve, decorate with chopped pineapples.
