This recipe is easy to prepare for dinners or sudden gatherings or lunch family gatherings lunch.

- 3 cups of Abukass Rice
- 6 cups water or chicken broth
- ⅓ cup apricot or drenched Kamaruddin
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon crushed Hill
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 7 dried apricots
- Salt and black pepper for taste
In a deep bowl mix hot water with apricot syrup and rose water and ground cardamom and mix ingredients well.
Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes and then filter it
In a large saucepan melt the butter and add the rice and stir for two minutes, add water or chicken broth and boil. Add the apricot section and cover the pot and let it tightly and simmer until rice is cooked.
Serve hot with lamb and yoghurt salad, you can also decorated with a little chopped parsley.
