Ingredients Description


1 cup AbuKass rice

2 cups water

Salt, spices, as desired


Preparation


- Wash rice and soak in warm water for 15 minutes then drain well.

- Move rice into cooking pan, add water and stir occasionally until water boils, then simmer on low heat until rice is cooked.
